DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY
Hope City’s Discipleship Pathway is a series of courses that utilizes the Discipleship Path curriculum and is based on Jesus’ model of discipleship. The program is an intentional path of discipleship that aims to facilitate transformation through the principles of modeling, practicing, and multiplying.
The Discipleship Pathway is a series of six studies, or courses that are attended in order with each course being a pre-requisite for the following course.
D1: The Beginning
This is the first course for all disciples learning the Jesus way.
D2: The Way
Walk through the Gospels and follow the journey of Jesus and the first disciples.
D3: The Call
Gain a deeper understanding of what it means to follow Christ in everyday life.
D4: The Truth
Dive into the doctrinal truths of biblical discipleship.
D5: The Life
Take a deeper look at the essential disciplines and practices of following Christ.
D6: The Mission
Get equipped for God’s mission and discover your role in joining Him in the world.

No! The Discipleship Pathway is designed with all believers in mind, regardless of how long you have followed Jesus! We know the word never returns void and studying the Bible with other believers is always fruitful!

Yes! Regardless of how long you have followed Jesus, we ask that all participants in The Discipleship Pathway begin with D1: The Beginning. We promise you will enjoy it and get something out of it!

Yes! The Discipleship Pathway utilizes the Disciples Path curriculum and is designed to be completed in order beginning with our D1 course, The Beginning.

We believe it is important to attend the Discipleship Pathway courses in person with the class as class participation is part of the curriculum. We know life can get busy and we’ve made room for missing a class each course. If you miss more than one class, we will ask you to repeat the class the next term you are available. If you know you will be traveling or unable to complete classes, we suggest signing up for a term that works better with your schedule.

Hope City will provide childcare for our Sunday morning Discipleship Pathway courses. We ask that you let us know ahead of time that you will need childcare so we can be prepared. We ask that children not come with you to class.

Our goal is to have consistent teachers in each of our Discipleship Pathway courses. However, you may have a different teacher for each course or you may have the same teacher for some courses based on teacher availability and scheduling.
