We're turning the space into a Winter Wonderland, complete with lights, music, snacks, games, and all the Christmas cheer. 🎶🍬🌟
This is a semi-formal party, so break out your dressy fits and get ready to look merry & bright.
All students in 6th–12th grade are welcome—so grab your friends, your best holiday style, and join us for a night full of fun, laughter, and celebration!
The Vine - Young Adults Bonfire
Join us for the very first gathering of The Vine, our new young adults ministry at Hope City!
We’re kicking things off with a relaxed and fun bonfire night at Pastor Josh and Wendy’s home.
This will be an evening to slow down, connect, and build relationships with other young adults. We’ll enjoy good conversation around the fire, light snacks, and a welcoming space to meet new friends. Pastor Josh will also share the heart and vision behind The Vine Young Adults Ministry, and how you can be a part of what God is growing in this season.
Whether you’ve been at Hope City for years or you’re brand new, we would love for you to join us. Come as you are and bring a friend! Ages 18 - 30 welcome!
Christmas Candlelight Services
Join us for our annual Christmas Candlelight Services
We will celebrate the birth of Jesus, the Light of the World! This family-friendly service will be a beautiful time of worship and celebration, filled with the joy and wonder of the season.
Capture the moment with a stop at our Christmas Photo Booth for a great family photo opportunity!
Childcare will be provided for ages 3 and under.
Come experience the light, hope, and joy that Christmas brings — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Choose from one of our three service times: 8:30am, 10:00am, or 11:30am and invite friends to join you for this beautiful service.
Sabbath Sunday
Sabbath Sunday at Hope City
Sabbath is God’s gift to help us slow down, be refreshed, and reconnect with Him. While we regularly gather each week for corporate worship and rest, Sabbath Sunday is a special, intentional day set aside once a year for our entire church family to pause from the work of ministry and church programs.
This year, we will take a special Sabbath Sunday on Sunday, December 28th to pause from all the usual church responsibilities and enjoy a day of rest.
On this Sunday, we won’t meet in person or have any church activities. Instead, we’re encouraging everyone to spend time with the Lord at home—pray, worship, rest, reflect, and enjoy time with your family.
This day is all about stepping out of the busyness, taking a breath, and letting God refresh your heart. We hope it gives you a chance to reset, refocus, and enjoy the peace that Sabbath brings.

Hope Tree Christmas Outreach
Hope Tree Christmas Outreach
This Christmas, we have the opportunity to share the Hope of Jesus with families in our community by blessing them with Christmas gifts for their children.
Our Hope Tree will be in the entry foyer at church at Shoal River Middle School beginning Sunday, November 23rd, and our collection will continue through Sunday, December 7th.
To help spread hope this Christmas:
Stop by the Outreach Table in the foyer and choose a tag from the Hope Tree.
Purchase the gift listed on the tag.
Return the tag and unwrapped gift to the Outreach Table on or before Sunday, December 7th.
Together, we can make this Christmas a season of hope and joy for families in our community!
Thanksgiving Outreach
Thanksgiving Outreach
We have several ways you can GET INVOLVED!
Visit the Thanksgiving Outreach table in our foyer each Sunday from October 26th until our last day of collection on November 16th to pick up a bag and the flyer with a list of Thanksgiving items.
Return the bag filled with items to church on or before November 16th.
We will meet at the Crestview Environmental Center, located at 130 Butler Circle, on Saturday, November 22nd at 9:00am and divide into teams to spread the HOPE of Jesus and a Thanksgiving meal to families throughout our community.
Please note: we will be delivering bags door to door throughout our community on November 22nd. This is not a drive up distribution and Thanksgiving bags will not be given away at the Center.
We still need volunteers to help us at the table for each service so there are a lot of OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE.
If you would like to help us serve our community through our Thanksgiving Outreach in any way, please email Kizie Tosi, our Hope City Outreach Director at kizie@hopecitycc.com.
