Sabbath Sunday at Hope City
Sabbath is God’s gift to help us slow down, be refreshed, and reconnect with Him. While we regularly gather each week for corporate worship and rest, Sabbath Sunday is a special, intentional day set aside once a year for our entire church family to pause from the work of ministry and church programs.
This year, we will take a special Sabbath Sunday on Sunday, December 28th to pause from all the usual church responsibilities and enjoy a day of rest.
On this Sunday, we won’t meet in person or have any church activities. Instead, we’re encouraging everyone to spend time with the Lord at home—pray, worship, rest, reflect, and enjoy time with your family.
This day is all about stepping out of the busyness, taking a breath, and letting God refresh your heart. We hope it gives you a chance to reset, refocus, and enjoy the peace that Sabbath brings.
